Tyler W. Warner is an associate of Strange & Butler LLP. Mr. Warner is a skilled litigator, whose practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. He has experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, manufacturing, aviation, construction, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Strange & Butler LLP, Mr. Warner was a litigator with the international law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. At Willkie, Mr. Warner represented corporations and individuals in a variety of matters, including in the areas of employment, insurance, and securities, as well as in class actions, and government and internal investigations.
Mr. Warner is a graduate of Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, Mr. Warner was an executive editor of the Law & Contemporary Problems Journal. Mr. Warner was also a senior symposium editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum. Additionally, Mr. Warner served as a research fellow at the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions focusing on electric utility regulation and federal environmental laws and as a research assistant for a forthcoming textbook on election law.
Mr. Warner received his Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago where he was named a Student Marshal of the College.
Mr. Warner is also committed to public service and maintains an active pro bono practice.
